18.04.2026 | 20:00 – 22:00

Gryphon Rue is a musician and composer based in New York City, who layers processed instruments and found sounds, often playing with the ambiguities between field recordings and digitally transformed textures. "A conjuror in stereo" (Electronic Sound), Rue brings to his music "restless energy, offering up bright, sweet packet-sized servings of electroacoustic crispness" (The Wire). His album I Keep My Diamond Necklace In A Pond Of Sparkling Water was hailed as "creaking and grumbling and humming with subterranean and oceanic immensity, singing in voices both animal and botanical" (The Quietus) and named among the Best Field Recordings on Bandcamp in 2025.

Pablo Altar is a composer based in Paris, working at the intersection of film scores and the ambient and alternative music scenes. His work is characterized by atmospheric compositions that blend electronic elements, piano, and organ, exploring abstract and narrative forms where mystery, strangeness, and gentleness coexist. His practice includes numerous formats : soundtracks for cinema, sound design, collaboration with artists in performance art, and video art. Here leases albums on various independent labels: Tristate (LandArts, 2020), Music for a While (High Heal, 2022), and Far Out (Mfaw, 2024). He is also part of the duo called Secret Guests with harpist Ange Halliwell.
